Minnesota Wreaths / Evergreen Industries is proud to offer the strongest written Unconditional Product Guarantee in our industry. Most merchants offer no guarantees or only a verbal assurance.
Don’t order from a merchant who won’t back up their products with a written guarantee. We do, because our products – wreaths, swags, and specialty products – are special!
If you receive defective material or shortages, we will immediately replace the product or credit your account as long as we are notified within ten (10) days after delivery.
When refunds are processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your originating credit/debit card (or original method of payment), within five (5) business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/Replacements
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at sales@minnesotaw.wpenginepowered.com or call (800) 284-3048.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the purchaser will receive credit to thier account once the gift order information is verified.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a replacement or refund to the purchaser and they will find out about your replacement.
Shipping returns
Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you do not ship your purchase back to us.
